Edward (Ted) Otto’s background includes 35 years’ experience in management, 15 of those as a CEO; and he has been Chairman of the Board of several organizations. As the long-time CEO of Mather LifeWays, he was known for selecting and developing excellent executives and also known for the development of the innovative Cafe programs and Mather Institute on Aging. He began his consulting company in May of 2005. Each TOG assignment gets his personal attention. This includes overseeing the work he subcontracts with other professionals and the work of administrative assistants and researchers.
Team Members and Subcontractors
All team members and subcontractors are experienced and well-respected. Their expenses are included in the fee, except in the case of professionals, such as lawyers or psychologists, who will bill separately at rates agreed to in advance by Ted Otto and the client.
